Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Investment Manager. The Investment Manager will identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct market research and due diligence, and develop data-driven investment strategies. The role involves managing and monitoring portfolios, preparing detailed financial reports, and providing strategic support to portfolio companies. The Investment Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including startup founders, mentors, and investors, to support the success of Spark Seed Venture's portfolio and broader investment initiatives.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Build investor pipeline (VCs, angels, family offices, PE firms).
• Create and improve pitch decks, financial models, data room.
• Lead investor meetings and negotiations.
• Manage due diligence documents.
• Maintain investor relationships and reporting.

Skills Required :

Budget for this role is upto 7Lakhs + Incentives.
