- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue.
- Market Research :
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve products / services.
- Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
