Description
We are seeking an experienced CRO Specialist – Digital and Analytics, to work in our Digital Analytics and Experimentation CoE (Center of Excellence) team. The role will be dedicated to refining the client websites’ usability and functionality and striving to maximize the productivity of the website. You will interface with the clients and multiple stakeholders within their organization to effectively communicate the value of CRO initiatives to key stakeholders and scale successful pilots across multiple markets. You will play a pivotal role in driving the program ahead by enhancing user experiences, elevating conversion rates, and ensuring that the websites remain competitive while aligning with the business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Excel in devising and executing controlled experiments, including A / B tests, adobe target etc. Gauge the impact of alterations on conversion rates, delivering valuable insights for ongoing optimization endeavors.
- Interface with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and challenges.
- Establish and communicate the value proposition of the initiatives, highlighting outcomes and successes.
- Amplify conversion rates, sign-ups, downloads, CTA clicks, or other desired actions on the client websites. Employ data-backed experiments and scrutinize user data to unearth strategies and modifications that result in higher conversion rates.
- Consistently monitor and analyze user behavior, yielding valuable insights that guide strategic adjustments to the websites.
- Collaborate with diverse teams internally, spanning platform, marketing, design, development, and analytics. Serve as a liaison, fostering teamwork toward the shared objective of enhancing conversions.
- Precisely track and quantify the outcomes of optimization efforts to help rationalize investments made in the testing and experimentation undertakings.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.Proficiency with web analytics and A / B testing tools, platforms such as Optimizely etc.Experience with user research and usability testing.Experience with e-commerce platforms.Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a CRO Specialist with analytics and test and learn role (CRO).Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
