Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer having experience in React The Senior Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, utilizing Object-Oriented Programming, Model-View-Controller architecture, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.

Title : Senior Ruby on Rails developer (Permanent WFH)

Experience :  5+  years

Budget : up to  up to 20LPA (fixed CTC)

Skills :   Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Heroku, GraphQL

Role & Responsibilities –

• Lead the creation, development, and implementation of critical system design changes, enhancements, and software projects
• Ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Work with other engineers to ensure the system and product is consistent and aligned through all processes
• Improve product quality, performance, and security through substantial process improvements
• Follow development standards and promote best practices
• Perform code review sessions & suggest improvements or alternatives when appropriate.
