As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate and driven Admissions Counsellor who will play a key role in guiding students toward fulfilling their aviation dreams.

Role Overview

As an Admissions Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents. You will represent MH Cockpit’s vision of quality education and professionalism, helping students make informed decisions about their academic journey and career in aviation.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents about MH Cockpit’s aviation programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.

Manage student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

Conduct engaging counselling sessions and ensure a high conversion rate from lead to admission.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to organise seminars, webinars, campus tours, and admission drives.

Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM or Excel for tracking and reporting.

Meet and exceed monthly admission and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Aviation, or Business preferred).

✅ 1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

✅ Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil is an added advantage).

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Working Time : 09 : 30 AM to 06 : 00 PM

Package : 03 to 05 LPA
