Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Production Manager based in Howrah, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring production targets are met, managing production schedules, and conducting quality control checks. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations, handling any production-related issues, and improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in production processes. Additionally, the Senior Production Manager will be responsible for training and supervising production staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing production processes and managing production schedules
• Strong quality control and efficiency improvement skills
• Proficient in coordinating with different departments and handling production-related issues
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Experience in the textile or garment industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
