About the Role
BGR is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Headhunter) who can independently drive end-to-end search assignments with minimal supervision. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, enjoys deep research, and thrives in a high-accountability environment. If you’re someone who says “ the buck stops with me ,” we want you.
