Job description

Remuneration (Pay Grade) will be 27-34K.

Requirements :

  • B.Arch Degree is a requirement
  • Fluency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, understanding and knowledge of materiality as well as ability to think out of the box and explore newer ways of Design+Build.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software, especially SketchUp.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Ideation skillset to do creative thinking on multiple levels and scales, while taking ownership of the project at hand.
  • Strong portfolio to prove a creative skillset
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Primary Responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to) :

  • Ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional design with the help of 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Communicating with clients
  • Material Sourcing and vendor coordination.
  • Portfolio is a must
