To empower high-potential startups by securing funding , establishing strong investor relations, and providing expert financial guidance—driving scalable growth and long-term value creation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an assertive and strategic Investment Banker with a deep passion for high-growth startups and innovation. You will act as a key link between the founder and investors, working closely with leadership to structure and execute fundraising strategies across the Seed to Series A stages .

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience (Mandatory) : You have 3–6 years of intensive experience in a fundraising capacity within Investment Banking, Venture Capital (VC), or a Founder / Family Office .
Proven Impact (Mandatory) : You must have a successful track record of closing funding deals , specifically leading or significantly contributing to Venture Rounds (Seed / Series A / SeriesB) .
Industry Fit : You possess strong expertise in popular consumer tech startups like Zomato, Zepto, Swiggy, or Urban Company , with a preference for experience in the D2C, mobility, or automotive tech sectors.
Financial Acumen : You are an expert in financial modelling, business analysis, and early-stage valuation , capable of developing robust projections and managing due diligence.
Network & Mindset : You possess a strong network of active angel investors and VC Firms and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset suited for a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Execution : Lead and execute the Seed to Series A fundraising strategy end-to-end , including identifying, pitching, and closing deals with investors.

Financial Strategy & Valuation : Advise the founder on capital strategy, valuation, and the strategic use of funds to optimize the company's financial structure and runway.

Investor Narrative : Build and refine compelling financial models, projections, and pitch decks , developing investor narratives that strongly align with HOORA's growth trajectory.

Deal Closure : Own the documentation, due diligence process, and negotiations to ensure the successful and timely closure of funding rounds.

Strategic Guidance : Provide expert financial and market guidance to the leadership team, ensuring all decisions support scalable growth.

Salary : ₹12–24 Lacs CTC + Incentives
