Job Summary (Regional Marketing Associate / Producer)
- Drive digital marketing campaigns and content marketing initiatives for LinkedIn Sales business across Asia Pacific.
- Create, edit, and produce engaging video and multimedia content, including customer stories, podcasts, and executive thought leadership.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies in partnership with global and regional teams.
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns and virtual programs (webinars, masterclasses) tailored for diverse APAC audiences.
- Promote product adoption and user education, partnering closely with Customer Success and Learning teams.
- Champion development of customer success stories and use case libraries.
- Design and implement lifecycle / email nurture campaigns to engage users and prospects.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, collaborating with Sales Development teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Utilize martech tools (e.g., ON24, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs) for campaign execution and measurement.
- Work independently to manage timelines, priorities, and agency / creative partnerships.
- Hybrid work model, primarily based in Bangalore (or Gurgaon / Mumbai), with APAC coverage hours.
Required Experience and Skills :
5+ years' experience in campaign marketing, content creation, and demand generation.Proficiency in video creation / editing, storytelling, and multimedia content production.Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.Familiarity with digital marketing, webinars, and martech platforms.Experience in tech / SaaS, agency, or fast-paced environments preferred.Knowledge of APAC markets; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
