Sales Executive

Role : Sales Executive (Real Estate) Location : Sector 61, Gurugram

Experience : Minimum 1-3 Years in Real Estate

We are hiring a confident Sales Executive with 1–3 years of real estate experience. The role includes calling leads, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to fresh & follow-up leads

Explain project details and qualify potential buyers

Schedule and coordinate site visits

Attend site visits and assist clients during the process

Maintain CRM records and follow up until closure

Achieve monthly sales & follow-up targets

Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling / sales

Strong communication & convincing skills

Ability to handle objections and build rapport

Basic knowledge of real estate projects and local market
