Location : Goa (with multi-plant oversight)

Ltd., one of India’s leading ophthalmic lens manufacturers, we are strengthening our financial governance and operational growth across multi-plant and multi-location operations. To support our expansion and ensure robust financial controls, we are seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts who can lead core financial activities — including accounting excellence, compliance, cost control, and timely reporting — to enable informed business decisions.

JOB OBJECTIVES

To ensure accurate and timely financial accounting, reporting and compliance for plant operations. The role supports the Finance Head in managing day to day financial transactions. MIS reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and adherence to statutory and internal control requirements, while partnering with operational teams for data accuracy and financial discipline.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage day to day accounting operations including vendor invoices, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes, prepare trial balances schedules for finalization of accounts.
• Prepare and circulate periodic MIS reports on expenses, overheads and key financial indicators.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of plant level budgets and analyze variances against actuals.

Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Goa.
