Job Title- SAP BASIS Administrator (L3)
Job Location-Kolkata
Key Attributes-
Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience as SAP Basis Administrator.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experiences in SAP Basis.
- Familiarity with the different policies, procedures and standards of ITIL.
- SAP Certification is an advantage but not required.
- Experienced in S / 4 and HANA
- With at least 2 full SAP end-to-end implementation with knowledgeable in designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup / recovery and configuration management.
- Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
- Experienced in Public Cloud Administration (Google Cloud Platform)
- Previous experience of developing policies and procedures preferably within ICT.
- Understanding of performance management systems would be advantageous.
- Organized, punctual and responsible.

Perform 3rd level support to all customers, infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments.Provides all-around Basis support to ensure successful completion of projects and contributes to the resolution of issues or completion of requested activities by the customer. This would include but not limited to BASIS activities like handling transport routes, user and rights administration, batch management, disk space administration, performance tuning, perform daily or weekly regular checks of the status of the systems, early watch alert review and implementation, spool administration, clean-up and daily support.Roles and Responsibilities
