Job Title : Interior Designer

Job Role :

Responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. The designer should create functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective design solutions that align with client requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities :

Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and preferences.
Prepare design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
Select materials, color schemes, furniture, and décor items.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for proper design execution.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy (for male candidates).
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.

Requirements :

Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

Experience : 6 Months to 2 Years.

Software Knowledge : AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Strong creativity, visualization, and communication skills.

Male and Female candidates can apply.

Male candidates must be willing to travel for site visits and outstation work.

Additional Details :

Location : ECR, Akkarai

Salary : 20,000 to 25,000

Travel : Required for male candidates (site visits and client coordination).

Immediate joiners preferred.
