Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Bengaluru. The Store Incharge will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing the store, and overseeing retail loss prevention activities. The Store Incharge will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Store Management
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is an advantage
