Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, optimize, and track Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video platforms to ensure high ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copies, and create compelling landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports for stakeholders to optimize strategies.
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to maximize the effectiveness of ads.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and other marketing teams to ensure a consistent and effective marketing approach.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to Google Ads campaigns, billing, and services over voice calls.
- Provide customer support by guiding clients on Google Ads best practices and strategies.
- Educate customers on campaign setup, targeting, and performance metrics during voice interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ad campaigns, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Ensure adherence to digital marketing standards, policies, and voice process guidelines.
