Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to lead guest engagement and outreach initiatives for our hotel. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing immersive experiences and events that celebrate Vrindavan's unique culture and spirituality while enhancing guest satisfaction and brand visibility.
You will collaborate with digital teams, creative agencies, and cultural partners to ensure our hotel stands out as a vibrant hub of cultural connection and hospitality innovation.
Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement & Experiences
- Design and implement engaging guest activities such as food festivals, cultural evenings, wellness sessions, and themed events , catering to both pilgrims and tourists.
- Curate authentic hotel experiences inspired by Vrindavan's spiritual heritage, local festivals, and traditions.
- Plan interactive events and gatherings to attract and engage younger local audiences.
Marketing & Communications
Work closely with digital and social media teams to promote all activities and events effectively.Coordinate with agencies to create compelling content and visuals for both online and offline channels.Oversee branding, messaging, and campaign design to position the hotel as a destination for cultural, social, and culinary experiences.Partnerships & Collaborations
Build and maintain partnerships with local artists, cultural institutions, event planners, F&B experts, and lifestyle brands .Foster relationships with local influencers, media representatives, and community groups to enhance outreach and visibility.Brand Outreach & Insights
Ensure all communication aligns with Sarovar Hotels' brand standards and tone.Conceptualize creative local campaigns that strengthen brand recall within Vrindavan and neighboring regions.Analyze guest feedback and engagement metrics to continually improve programs and initiatives.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field .3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or events.Strong knowledge of event management, guest engagement, and digital marketing trends .Excellent communication, storytelling, and networking skills .A deep passion for culture, hospitality, and meaningful guest experiences .Creative mindset with the ability to transform cultural themes into captivating activities .What We Offer
