We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join as Assistant Manager – Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely data reporting for each project, including data from banks, builders, loans, and institutional sources.
- Manage MIS creation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee APF (Approved Project File) documentation and updates.
- Coordinate with the central team for business reporting and collection tracking.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with internal policies and regulatory norms.
- Maintain systematic documentation for audits and project reviews.
- Manage relationships with builders, financial institutions, and DSAs.
- Handle DSA empanelment, onboarding, and periodic review.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth execution of real estate transactions.
- Support leadership in business reporting, operational integration, and program scale-up.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for better team efficiency.
What we are looking for
4-6 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a real estate or financial services environment.Strong knowledge of data management, MIS, and compliance processes.Understanding of real estate documentation and APF mechanisms.Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to work independently.Salary
₹7–8 LPA (based on experience and fitment)Educational Background
