We are hiring ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ซ (๐‚๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ)

  • ๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง : Bantala, Kolkata
  • ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž : Required : 8+ Years

Weโ€™re looking for an experienced Planning Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic team in Bantala. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil construction project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring projects are executed smoothly from design to completion.

๐Ÿ”น๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ

  • ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž : 8+ years in civil project planning & scheduling.
  • ๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ : Proficient in project planning tools and MS Office (Excel).
  • ๐Š๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ž๐๐ ๐ž : Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and approval processes in the Kolkata / Bantala region.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.

  • Develop and manage Master Project Schedules using industry-standard tools.
  • Break down projects into detailed phases, activities, and milestones (WBS).
  • Prepare weekly / monthly look-ahead schedules and recovery plans to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate between design teams, consultants, and site teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage technical submissions, statutory approvals, and documentation.
  • Track physical and financial progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • Prepare and share progress reports highlighting key milestones, delays, and corrective actions.
