Kansoft Solutions is looking for a versatile and dynamic Human Resource Executive who can efficiently manage both Learning & Development and Recruitment functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities with ownership and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Understand departmental requirements and coordinate with managers to fulfill hiring needs effectively.
- Identify learning and development needs across teams and plan suitable training programs.
- Organize and coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and suggest improvements for continuous development.
- Maintain HR records, support performance management activities, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through communication, collaboration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to both recruitment and learning & development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.Good understanding of HR tools, MS Office, and modern hiring practices.
