Senior Fashion Consultant

Fashion Consultant ( Freshers can also apply) and Senior Fashion Consultant (Minimum 2 years of Experience) – SHYAMAL & BHUMIKA, Mehrauli, New Delhi

We're seeking a sales-driven Fashion Consultant / Client Service Executive to join our In-Store Sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Understanding the client's requirements.
• Advising clients on different designers' collections, colour options, styles, and fabrics that will suit their preferences, body type, price range, as well as the occasion they're dressing for.
• Selling merchandise and processing customized orders.
• Generating and pursuing leads to expand the client base.
• Following up with clients via phone or email and addressing their requests and questions.
• Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order completion.
• Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team and creating appealing store displays.
• Willingness to assist and support the senior sales team.
