About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Agentic AI Developer to help us design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI and experienced in working with large language models and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK

Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases

Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling

Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals

Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)

Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools

Good Knowlege in Agentic AI

Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning (a plus)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Background in machine learning or NLP research

Contributions to open-source AI projects
