Role Overview Responsible for strategic growth and executive engagement across large enterprise accounts. This role partners closely with Customer Success to drive commercial expansion, strengthen C-suite relationships, and deliver HR transformation outcomes. HR Tech / HRMS experience is mandatory to effectively manage complex enterprise deployments and stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial ownership for high-value HR Tech enterprise accounts.
Build strong relationships with CHRO, CIO, CFO, and transformation leaders.
Drive cross-sell / upsell of HRMS modules, services, and integrations.
Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic alignment sessions.
Develop and execute joint account plans and governance frameworks.
Identify risks (churn, adoption, competitive threats) and act proactively.
Represent customer needs internally and influence product roadmap.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience (Mandatory)
15+ years in Enterprise Account Management / Customer Strategy within HR Tech, HRMS, or Payroll SaaS.
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and C-suite stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HR technology landscapes, digital HR transformation, and enterprise buying cycles.

Qualifications
