About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IoT / Embedded Systems Engineer with strong expertise in embedded Linux, audio signal processing, and edge AI . You’ll work directly with the Head of Engineering to develop and enhance the IoT ecosystem —integrating hardware, software, and AI-driven health monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize embedded Linux-based applications for IoT devices (RPi, Jetson, etc.).
- Collaborate across teams to design, debug, and integrate IoT solutions with mobile and server applications.
- Implement audio signal processing pipelines and embedded AI capabilities.
- Ensure robust device communication via Bluetooth LE, Zigbee , and secure network protocols.
- Develop and maintain firmware with strong focus on security, reliability, and performance.
- Build and test high-quality embedded code using production software frameworks.
- Integrate with REST APIs, WebSockets, and cloud services (preferably Azure).
- Collaborate in product design , feature development , and user feedback cycles.
- Support production and deployment of IoT devices and troubleshoot in-field issues.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in IoT / embedded development.Strong experience with Embedded Linux (RPi, Jetson, etc.) .Proficiency in Rust , Python , or C / C++ for embedded software.Solid understanding of audio signal processing and sensor data handling.Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX for edge AI.Experience interfacing with Bluetooth LE , Zigbee , and hardware communication protocols.Strong grasp of Linux kernel functions , REST APIs , and WebSocket integrations.Knowledge of data and device security , encryption, and secure firmware updates.Familiarity with Git , version control, and CI / CD workflows.Understanding of electronics influencing firmware and debugging.Experience with Azure IoT or equivalent cloud platforms (AWS IoT / GCP IoT Core).Nice-to-Have Skills
Edge-optimized AI deployment experience.Healthcare device integration knowledge (IoT medical sensors).Experience with fleet management systems and OTA updates.
