Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic finance principles and inventory management. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all our financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting : Accurately record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Ledger Maintenance : Maintain and update general ledgers and sub-ledgers, ensuring all entries are correct and properly classified.
• Inventory Management : Assist with inventory accounting, including tracking stock movements, reconciling physical inventory counts with system records, and managing inventory valuation.
• Financial Reporting : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports as required.
• Vendor & Client Invoicing : Prepare and process invoices for clients and verify / process invoices from vendors.
• Statutory Compliance : Assist with data preparation for GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Record Keeping : Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both electronic and physical.

Qualifications & Skills

○ Tally Prime : Strong proficiency in Tally Prime is highly preferred and will be the first preference.

○ MS Office : Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Word.

○ Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.

○ Basic knowledge of inventory management processes and accounting.

○ High attention to detail and accuracy.

○ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

○ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

○ Good communication skills.

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
