Job Description : Quality Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead our QA team drive Quality and automation strategy and oversee the release process at Storable.

In this leadership role you will be responsible for building and scaling quality practices across the organization. You will work closely with engineering product and operations to ensure our products are delivered with exceptional quality reliability and speed. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in quality engineering automation frameworks and release management combined with strong leadership skills to mentor and inspire a high-performing QA team.

Objectives of this Role

• Lead and manage the QA team in building executing and improving quality engineering strategies.
• Drive test automation initiatives to increase coverage efficiency and reliability across platforms (web mobile APIs).
• Own and optimize the release management process ensuring smooth predictable and high-quality product releases.
• Define and enforce quality standards metrics and best practices across the engineering lifecycle.
• Partner with product engineering and operations to embed quality into every phase of product development.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives adopting new tools and practices to scale QA operations.
• Mentor coach and develop QA engineers to grow technical and leadership capabilities.
