Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Aviation, Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 1–4 years of experience as Ground Staff in a reputed airline or airport. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring college students. Prior teaching / training experience preferred.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a Master’s degree , and strong hands-on experience as Ground Staff in the aviation industry. - Train students in ground handling, customer service, and safety procedures.
