Job descriptionStrong command of Hindi and English ; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage. Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look. Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus. Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives. As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner , you will engage with customers over chat and video calls , helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.

- Build warm, empathetic connections while maintaining professionalism.
- Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.
