Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Product - Forgings to lead and optimize our product strategy and operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ponneri. The role involves overseeing the development, enhancement, and lifecycle of forging products. You will be responsible for conducting market research, crafting product strategies, and ensuring alignment with market demands. Collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams and clients will be essential to achieve growth and product excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance and market trends
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in conducting Market Research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Proven ability to lead and engineer innovative approaches to product development
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or forgings industry is preferred
