- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) interested in real estate or construction-related investment opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients.
- Provide personalized service and investment guidance tailored to each client's financial goals.
- Investment Advisory & Portfolio Development
- Understand the investment needs, risk appetite, and preferences of each HNI client.
- Offer strategic investment options in construction and real estate projects.
- Develop and propose customized investment portfolios and solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on HNI client engagement and conversion.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track all client interactions through CRM tools.
- Market Research & Industry Insights
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities in the construction sector.
- Share insights with clients to guide informed decision-making.
- Project Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure timely updates and project delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and construction teams to resolve queries and provide project status.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all client transactions comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Handle all documentation, agreements, and KYC formalities with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Client Education & Engagement
- Organize and participate in investor meets, webinars, and presentations to engage potential clients.
- Educate HNIs on the benefits, risks, and long-term value of investing in construction and infrastructure.
- Post-Sales Service
- Provide consistent post-sales support including updates, clarifications, and grievance resolution.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure a seamless investment journey.
Eligibility Criteria
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience : 3–6 years in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or investment advisory, with exposure to HNI clients.Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.Knowledge : Good understanding of real estate / construction investments, market trends, and client portfolio planning.Other : Professional, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits.Location : Delhi, MumbaiJob Type : Full-time
