About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive and scale our Merchant Credit B2C business . This role will own merchant acquisition, credit portfolio growth, product collaboration, and overall profitability while maintaining high credit quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2C vertical across geographies
- Must have 100+ team handling experience.
- Develop and execute credit strategies, risk frameworks & portfolio practices
- Drive merchant onboarding, credit disbursal, and end-to-end customer lifecycle
- Work closely with Product, Risk, Tech & Operations to build scalable solutions
- Track portfolio metrics including growth, delinquency & retention
- Build, mentor, and manage sales & credit operations teams
- Engage with leadership and external partners to enhance offerings
