Job description

I am currently looking for an MES Platform Architect who has proven experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM within a global digital transformation project.

Start : ASAP

Duration : 6 months contract into permanent position

Location : India

Hybrid : 3 days onsite

Industry : Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM globally.
Oversee digital transformation, ensuring system scalability and alignment with business goals.
Customize solutions to meet the business requirements.
Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence.
Act as a technical and functional translator between business and IT teams.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years specifically working with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect.

5+ years of experience in digital data and RGM technology project management.

Proven experience with Commercial Revenue Enablement, RGM, and TPM solutions (e.g., XTEL, Kantar, Enterra).

Strong understanding of RGM data architecture, data models (ERP sell-in, syndicated market data, TPM, and financial data).

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Architecture / Engineering and Commercial / Sales / RGM business teams.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with Agile and / or hybrid project management methodologies.
