Role Overview :
The Portfolio Coordinator / Pipeline Manager (PCM) is the strategic orchestrator and flow driver responsible for optimizing the end-to-end product listing pipeline. This role ensures resource flow, prioritization, and planning align directly with corporate strategic objectives (Organizational Efficiency and PLM Framework compliance), maximizing throughput and quality.
Key Objectives :
- Manage the end-to-end PLM / Product Pipeline Planning process, ensuring continuous, efficient and effective flow from conception to go-live.
- Establish and maintain an efficient portfolio management methodology and governance framework, aligned with Lean-Agile principles.
- Achieve optimal resource utilization and reduced delays through proactive capacity planning and management of resource dependencies.
Core Responsibilities :
Pipeline Orchestration & Flow Management : Serve as the single point of coordination for the product pipeline, engaging with cross-functional teams (e.g., Channel, ProdOps, Care, GSO, Fulfillers, etc) to guide products through discovery, creation, and deployment phases. Secure that all teams are focused on the right products at the right time to minimize waste and ensure high quality.Portfolio Governance & Prioritization : Implement and manage the core portfolio areas : Governance, Prioritization, Strategy and Planning, and Optimization. Centralize and oversee the intake process of products, confirming resources, and conflicts are deliberately addressed. Drive stakeholder collaboration to prioritize and sequence the pipeline based on strategic importance, while leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills and diplomacy to remove barriers to progress.Methodology and Process Enforcement : Collaborate to develop, manage, and enforce IT portfolio / program / project methodologies and disciplines, driving adherence to Lean and Scaled Agile practices to ensure strategic alignment.Capacity Planning : Drive capacity planning for initial and ongoing identification of resource needs and scheduling that will be used for making critical portfolio decisions, balancing output velocity with capacity constraints.Initiative Control & Reporting : Design and present executive-level reports summarizing pipeline health, adherence to KPIs (e.g., % On-Time Delivery, Pipeline Throughput, Resource Utilization Rate, QA Pass Rate, etc.), and alignment with the multi-year roadmap.Risk and Issue Management : Monitor, document, and manage portfolio / pipeline risks and issues, and identify and resolve cross-team barriers that hinder the flow of value through the pipeline.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.Up to five(5) years of practical experience in IT project or portfolio coordination of large-scale systems, with demonstrated experience in strategic portfolio management methods and orchestrating end-to-end product lifecycles.Expert knowledge of IT Governance, resource capacity planning tools, and portfolio management methodologies (PPM).Demonstrable experience and expertise in Lean-Agile principles, flow management, and program / portfolio execution in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.Certifications in SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is strongly preferred. Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.What We Offer : Competitive salary
