Our mission is simple — to make travel more accessible, affordable, and effortless through expert destination management and reliable support.Job SummaryThe Product Executive – DMC will be responsible for handling destination-related queries, creating competitive travel packages, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and providing expert support to travel partners. This role requires a deep understanding of destination knowledge, cost management, and itinerary planning.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all B2 B queries and provide accurate quotations as per client requirements.Prepare customized itineraries, costings, and travel proposals for destinations like Bali, Vietnam, and other expanding markets.Maintain updated product knowledge including hotels, sightseeing options, transfers, and local experiences.Negotiate and coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and tour operators for best rates and services.Manage bookings, confirmations, and operational follow-ups efficiently.Ensure high accuracy in costing sheets, vouchers, and travel documents.Support sales and marketing teams with destination insights and content inputs.Analyze competitor pricing and suggest new product ideas or packages.Maintain client satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a DMC, tour operations, or travel company.Strong knowledge of Bali / Vietnam destinations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.Key AttributesDestination Expert MindsetTeam Player with a Problem-Solving AttitudeClient-Oriented ApproachPassionate about Travel & Destination ManagementWhy Join ANYFLY DMCOpportunity to work with a growing and dynamic DMC brand.Exposure to international markets and B2 B travel operations.Supportive work environment focused on learning and growth.
