AI Voice-Agent Expert

Job Description

We are seeking an expert in AI and voice-agent technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and voice-agent / dialogue-system design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI models using LLMs and RAG-based systems to ingest NHS data sources and generate accurate responses.
• Craft, iterate and optimise prompts and design voice-agent dialogue flows to maximise response relevance and reduce latency.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI and voice-agent components into a microservices architecture.
• Instrument AI and voice-agent pipelines, analyse logs and user feedback, troubleshoot edge cases, and implement continuous-learning improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in LLMs, RAG, conversational AI frameworks, and NHS-specific compliance.
• Test and validate model accuracy, voice-agent performance, and compliance with healthcare standards.
