Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound / outbound calls for resolving customer queries and delivering outstanding service.Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer concerns.Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.Qualifications & Skills :
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).Freshers are welcome!
