Job Description
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the finance department to streamline processes.
- Lead automation projects across R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A.
- Analyse existing financial workflows and recommend improvements using digital solutions.
- Ensure scalable architecture supporting global finance operations.
- Monitor the success of implemented digital strategies and prepare regular reports for management.
- Design digital roadmaps for finance processes, ERP implementation and business integration / migration.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process automation and digital integration.
- Prepare KPIs and dashboards to further monitor efficiency of tools and processes.
- Develop and define SOP and governance frameworks to ensure controls and risk mitigation.
The Successful Applicant
- A CA / MBA qualification is a must.
- 8-10 years of experience in digital / finance transformation, process automations and finance operations.
- Proven experience in ERP and financial systems implementation (, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Zoho, Anaplan).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
