Job Description

• Drive digital transformation initiatives within the finance department to streamline processes.
• Lead automation projects across R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A.
• Analyse existing financial workflows and recommend improvements using digital solutions.
• Ensure scalable architecture supporting global finance operations.
• Monitor the success of implemented digital strategies and prepare regular reports for management.
• Design digital roadmaps for finance processes, ERP implementation and business integration / migration.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process automation and digital integration.
• Prepare KPIs and dashboards to further monitor efficiency of tools and processes.
• Develop and define SOP and governance frameworks to ensure controls and risk mitigation.

The Successful Applicant

• A CA / MBA qualification is a must.
• 8-10 years of experience in digital / finance transformation, process automations and finance operations.
• Proven experience in ERP and financial systems implementation (, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Zoho, Anaplan).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
