Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development - HR professional, located in Faridabad. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs, overseeing learning management systems, and developing instructional materials. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for coaching and communication to enhance employee development and performance.

Qualifications

• Skills in Training & Development and Learning Management.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design.
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
