Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, this role involves planning, scheduling and monitoring execution of multiple Campus Development Projects at Sricity International University (SIU).

Key Responsibilities

• MULTIPLE PROJECTS : Oversee, simultaneously, multiple projects including : Academic Buildings, Office Spaces, Labs, Roads, MEP Services, Utilities, Sports Complexes, Student Hostels, Staff Housing, and Landscaping.
• PROJECT MONITORING : Prepare detailed project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards using Zoho Projects for various categories of projects.
• COSTING : Prepare projects Quantity Estimation, Costing, Budgeting,
• QA / QC : Prepare SOPs, Templates for QA / QC monitoring
• COORDINATION : Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that all stakeholders are adhering to agreed schedules
• LEADERSHIP : Lead a team of junior Construction Project Management engineers
• SITE VISITS : Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and report key milestones to management.
