‍ What You’ll Do

We’re now hiring a curious and ambitious Chartered Accountant (fresher or recent graduate) based in India to join our Implementation & AI Transformation Team – a high-impact group that works at the intersection of accounting and automation.

Act as the bridge between customer accounting workflows and Maximor’s AI platform

Help onboard customers by mapping their financial processes to our product modules

Identify accounting edge cases and collaborate with engineers to refine AI behavior

Document uncommon scenarios and contribute to internal training datasets

Work directly with customers to resolve issues and deliver value

Who You Are

Qualified Chartered Accountant (freshers encouraged to apply)

Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and general ledger concepts

Curious about technology, automation, and AI in finance

Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven

Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams (product, engineering, support)

Exposure to ERP / accounting tools (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plus
