As an experienced Compliance Officer in healthcare recruitment, you will have gained experience in the challenges of implementing, maintaining and upholding high standards of compliance. We are looking for a professional to support our team by ensuring we are exceeding the expected standards in this area of the business.
Key Performance Areas :
Creating and maintaining candidate compliance files for a range of healthcare professionals.
Intrinsic knowledge of the NHS Framework standards of compliance and the standards of quality expected.
Implementing business processes to ensure compliance of all temporary workers
Configuration of database and CRM to manage and track documentation.
Conducting compliance audits and making recommendations for quality improvement strategies.
Assessing, Checking and signing off candidates’ files, in line with government and NHS Standards.
Acting as first point of contact for compliance queries
Assessing compliance files of healthcare professionals to meet Framework approved standards understand the level, significance and scope of risk.
To develop and maintain KPIs in line with business objectives and thrive for continuous improvement
General administration duties including email, filing and scanning
Completing and verifying background checks e.g. references, qualifications, criminal records etc.
Requirements
Key Experience :
Experience in compliance management for healthcare recruitment agencies- Essential
Proven track record in assessing, auditing and quality improvement- Essential
Experience in implementation of ISO 9001- Desirable
Ability to take ownership of a project and work independently – Essential
Data Protection and ICO regulations
