The Investor Relations – Voice Process team plays a vital role in this effort, fostering strong relationships with investors through clear and transparent communication.
- Develop exceptional communication skills to handle inbound and outbound investor calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Educate investors about our products, investment processes, and policies in a way that resonates with them.
- Resolve investor queries related to accounts, investments, transactions, or onboarding efficiently.
- Guide investors through our app / website processes (KYC, investment execution, etc.) in a step-by-step manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, compliance) for issue resolution, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain call records for future reference.
- Cultivate trust and long-term relationships with investors by providing timely and transparent information.
Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a finance or commerce background being an asset but not a necessity.Excellent verbal communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with investors quickly.Comfort with fintech apps, digital KYC, and investment platforms, staying up-to-date with industry developments.Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, thinking critically in fast-paced situations.
