The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing high-quality creative designs that elevate our brand presence across multiple FMCG product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design skills, an understanding of consumer behavior, and experience in creating visually compelling packaging, brand campaigns, and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Educational Qualification :
Graduate in Designing or Any other stream also no issues.
Required Technical Skills :
- Technical Proficiency : Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Corel draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential.
- Design Fundamentals : Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, branding, and multi-channel marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute creative concepts for Food Products packaging, in-store displays, digital campaigns, advertisements, and product launches.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to produce on-brand, consumer-focused design solutions.Use photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) to retouch images, enhance product visuals, and ensure images align with the brand’s visual style.Organize and manage digital assets such as photos, logos, fonts, and graphics, ensuring that all files are easily accessible for future use.Work closely with printers and production vendors to ensure quality and color accuracy of final outputs.Stay updated on packaging trends, sustainable materials, and printing technologies relevant to FMCG.Design marketing materials such as social media content, website visuals, trade show graphics, brochures, and promotional materials.Create engaging web banners, graphics for landing pages, and product image layouts to enhance user experience and ensure the website’s visual design aligns with brand standards.Maintain and evolve brand visual identity guidelines for different product categories.Support rebranding and new product development initiatives with creative direction and design strategy.Stay updated with the latest design trends, especially within the consumer goods sector, and introduce innovative ideas to keep the brand fresh and relevant.Ensure all packaging designs comply with food safety, labelling regulations (e.g., FDA, EFSA), and sustainability guidelines. Verify that all required information, such as nutritional facts, ingredient lists, and expiration dates, are presented clearly.Proofreading and quality assurance : Ensure all designs are free of errors, including typos, incorrect measurements, or design inconsistencies. Verify that packaging meets regulatory standards and product requirements.Pre-press preparation : Prepare final artwork for printing, ensuring that all design files are optimized for production, with proper file formats, color modes, and resolution.What We Value :
