Chief Technology Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the technology and intellectual property (IP) aspects of our emerging product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting systems that are technically sound, patent-ready, and commercially deployable.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned expert with a deep understanding of AI, data, and cloud technologies. They will collaborate closely with our founder to take ideas from the whiteboard to working products and from proof-of-concept to real-world enterprise production scale.

The role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong track record of shipping MVPs or leading small engineering pods, and the ability to operationalize open-source AI tools. The candidate must also be fluent in Python, proficient in at least two cloud platforms, and have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and API-based architecture.

As a key member of our team, the CTO co-founder will contribute to Blitz's thought leadership and investor communication on tech differentiation. They will represent the company in investor and client discussions, influence research and writing, and participate in community leadership in applied AI and automation.

This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 10 hours per week, with flexible remote work arrangements. The compensation package includes equity, patent co-inventorship, and brand visibility within the Blitz ecosystem.
