What You’ll Do :

Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance e-commerce and lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.

Implement A / B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation to maximize ROAS and lead quality.

Manage and scale PPC, paid social, and programmatic ad campaigns to exceed performance benchmarks.

Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and improve lifetime customer value.

Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing innovations.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven success in executing high-performance e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.

5+ years of experience in performance-based digital marketing.

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and data analytics.

Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.

Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, GA4, and other performance measurement tools.

Ability to manage budgets, report on key KPIs, and drive continuous campaign improvements.

Passion for performance marketing, a test-and-learn mindset, and a drive to exceed goals.
