Job description

Role Overview-

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and growing

Saraswati Global’s digital retail presence across marketplaces, brand website and strategic

e-commerce platforms (domestic and international). This role demands a blend of strategic

thinking, operational execution and a strong understanding of digital commerce trends to

drive online revenue growth, enhance customer experience and build brand visibility in the

digital space.

Annual Revenue Target = 7 Cr

Key Responsibilities-

 Manage end-to-end operations for the brand’s own e-commerce website including

product uploads, content updates, pricing, inventory syncing and order processing.

 Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure website functionality,

performance and user experience are optimized across devices.

 Plan and execute website campaigns, banners, product launches, promotions and

seasonal sales to generate leads and business

 Monitor traffic, conversions, bounce rate and other KPIs using tools like Google

Analytics and heatmaps to drive CRO (conversion rate optimization).

 Manage listings, pricing, content and inventory across major marketplaces (Amazon,

Flipkart, Pepperfry, Myntra, Urban Ladder etc)

 Ensure smooth order processing, shipping coordination and customer service across

all platforms to reduce returns and increase ratings.

 Coordinate with internal teams for photoshoots, catalogue content and inventory

planning to support digital sales.

 Plan and regularly put efforts to sell ready stocks

 Collaborate with marketing teams for SEO, SEM, email marketing, social campaigns

and influencer collaborations to drive traffic and engagement.

 Liaise with platform account managers and agencies to implement growth strategies

and promotional plans.

 Analyze sales reports, campaign performance, and customer behaviour to refine

digital strategy

 Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activity and platform policy changes.

 Will report directly to the Director (Sales & Marketing) and the management for

performance review, strategy alignment and key business decisions.
