Role – Simulation Engineer (STAR-CCM+ & FloEFD)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled M.Tech / PhD-qualified STAR-CCM+ and FloEFD expert to join as an onsite Technical Specialist in Agra. The candidate will provide advanced CFD expertise in the aerodynamics domain, working directly with engineering teams to drive simulation-driven design and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform advanced aerodynamic CFD analysis using STAR-CCM+ and FloEFD for external and internal flows.
• Build, validate, and optimize CFD models for drag, lift, pressure distribution, and thermal management.
• Execute complete workflows : CAD integration, meshing, solver setup, boundary condition definition, and post-processing.
• Provide onsite technical support, including mentoring client engineers and troubleshooting complex simulation challenges.
• Generate high-quality technical documentation, reports, and presentations for design review and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to align simulation outcomes with experimental and test data.
