We’re currently seeking a skilled Maintenance specialist to join our team. Experience in the solar industry is strongly preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates with relevant electrical or mechanical experience.

1. Floor Head – Maintenance

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the entire maintenance floor operations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure minimum downtime of machines and utilities.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth plant operation.
• Implement safety, 5S, and compliance standards.
• Guide, train, and supervise maintenance team.
