We are seeking an experienced Backend Development Manager to lead the backend systems for mobile banking applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices , combined with leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Education : BE / B.Tech, BCA / MCA, BSc / MSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience : 38 years in backend development with at least 34 years working with Java Spring Boot & Microservices in mobile or digital banking domains.
Location : Goregaon, Mumbai (5 days' from Office)
Desired Skills & Experience :
Technical Expertise :
- Strong command of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices design patterns .
- In-depth understanding of RESTful API design and API Gateway integration .
- Experience with databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deployment automation (CI / CD pipelines).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes is a plus.
