Job Description

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and a deep understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor VMC machines for precision machining operations.
  • Read and interpret CNC programs and engineering drawings.
  • Set tools, fixtures, and work pieces as per requirements.
  • Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
  • Follow safety and quality standards in all operations.

Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience operating VMC machines.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas).
  • Ability to make offsets and adjustments independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
